Spring is fast approaching us!
13th-14th April: Weekend with guest speakers: Dan and Nori Chesney

Both events are going to be at the NLC in Castle Douglas. We are still working out times of meetings and they will appear on this page and on our facebook page over the next couple of weeks, so keep a look out!
For those who require accommodation for this weekend, we highly recommend Hazlefield House B & B, only a 15 minute drive from the Church
If you have any enquiries, please call the Church office or use our contact page. It will be an awesome time, and it’d be great to see you there!

Prophecy for Scotland Heaven has a word that must be heard and declared over the nation of Scotland.
The word that I heard was “Heaven is looking for the restoration of Covenanter’s.” He wants a new generation of people to rise up, and as they once were He wants them to be once more.
The Covenanter’s were people who loved Jesus first and most, and didn’t count their lives more important. The Lord is desperate to heal the nation of Scotland and He says “I will do it, and I will do it through a covenant keeping people.”
This opportunity is open to all of His bride in the land. But it will not be fulfilled through a compromised people. The grey has got to go.
This word God is speaking in many different places at this time, to many different parts of His Bride, to many different denominations and out of it He will gather a remnant and it will be the people who say “yes”. The result of the people that say “yes” and rise up, God will use to heal and restore the land.
There is something important we must understand.
Elijah - God through Elijah, supplied food to the widow of Zarephath. A few verses later the woman’s son dies. In her distress she goes mad at the man of God. The man of God says give me your child and he carries the boy up to his room, where he lays him down on the bed.
Then the man of God cries out to God. He lays on top of the boy, forehead to forehead, nose to nose, mouth to mouth, chest to chest, abdomen to abdomen. He lays on him and cries out to God O God, that Your power would come and You would bring life in the place of death. Three times, three times he cries out; because it’s a battle and it’s a war and we must not be a people who let go. On the third time when Elijah cries out to God, LIFE comes back into the boy.
When God told Elijah to go to Zarephath, He told him you will find a widow at the city gate. The city gate is the doorway to the church and the widow is the church. A woman who has been in a drought and a famine for a long time, gathering sticks in the wilderness, death has been in her house. But God’s desire is to come and breathe LIFE.
Not just, so that a boy, an individual, one church fellowship should be restored, but so reformation would come to a land.
God is not looking just for restoration of the bride; He is looking that the bride in her restored state would reform the nation.
We are faced in this season, in the season where the Lord says ‘Prepare Yourselves’ we are faced with choice. Will you return to your first love and the covenant keeping God, and will you keep covenant with Him above your life itself? We are not talking about a physical death, but a death to anything in your life that would hinder what God wants and is about to do.
